Who I Am

I’m Peter Krusic, CPA, PMP, MBA, and a Fractional CFO with a proven track record of helping companies stay on spec, on time, and on budget.

For over 25 years, I’ve led financial and operational teams in aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, bringing order to chaos and ensuring that mission-critical results are delivered without compromise.

But my story isn’t just about spreadsheets and KPIs.

It’s also about people, purpose, and service.

As a Fractional CFO and trusted executive advisor, I specialize in:

I’ve had the honor of leading major engagements, including the precision manufacturing of the mid-air fueling system connecting the KC-46 refueling tanker and the F-15 fighter jet, earning Boeing’s Gold and Silver supplier ratings. It was a mission with no room for error—and that’s the kind of leadership I bring to every project.

The Ben Carlson Foundation

As a longtime supporter of the Ben Carlson Foundation, I help advance its mission to honor the legacy of Newport Beach’s fallen lifeguard hero. Ben’s courage, service, and love for the ocean continue to inspire a generation of watermen and women—and I’m proud to stand with the foundation in building awareness and leadership for ocean safety.

Adult Literacy at the OC Public Libraries

I also serve as a mentor for the Adult Literacy Program at the Orange County Public Library system, where I work one-on-one with adults who are expanding their reading and communication skills. It's an incredible experience to witness someone reclaim their voice, their confidence, and their future through education.
